The Chainsmokers have taken their first ever #1 on the TMN Hot 100 with Closer ft. Halsey moving up from #3. Their first #1 follows the success of previous single Don’t Let Me Down ft. Daya, which peaked at #4.

Usher’s Crash takes a surprise new peak at #2 from #7 after looking like it wasn’t going to see the light of the Top 3. It’s shadowed by Major Lazer’s Cold Water ft. Justin Bieber & MØ. The first and only new entry into the Top 10 is Betty Who’s

The first and only new entry into the Top 10 is Betty Who’s I Love You Always Forever at #4 from #12, now her highest charting single. She last peaked with Somebody Loves You at #45.

DJ Snake’s Let Me Love You ft. Justin Bieber drops to #5 from #4, followed by Shawn Mendes’ Treat You Better at #6 from #2. Drake follows the trend at #7 from #6 with Too Good ft. Rihanna.

The first upward move for some time is Mike Perry’s The Ocean ft. Shy Martin. It hits #8 from #9 in its eighth week in the chart and marks a new peak for Perry and the track. Jonas Blue’s latest cut Perfect Strangers drops to #9 from #6 while Charlie Puth remains steadfast at #10 for another week with We Don’t Talk Anymore ft. Selena Gomez.
