Brisbane rapper RØNIN signs with Artist Partner Group
Los Angeles-based independent record label and publishing firm Artist Partner Group (APG) has signed rising Brisbane hip-hop artist RØNIN to its roster, as first reported by The Industry Observer.
The deal arrives off the back of the rapper’s wildly successful breakout single ‘All Girls Are The Same’, which has garnered over 82 million streams on Spotify and attained Gold status in Australia.
Released last July, ‘All Girls The Same’ went viral in April of this year when it was prominently featured in a Fortnite video montage by popular gamer Flea, which was viewed over six million times.
The track has also appeared in more than 180,000 fan videos on TikTok, with its plays on Spotify growing by more than 300,000 streams per day.
Founded in 2012 by US songwriter and record producer Mike Caren (Kanye West, Beyoncé, Flo Rida), APG has previously assisted the careers of Charlie Puth, Kehlani, Rico Nasty, Don Tolliver and YoungBoy Never Broke Again.
RØNIN has been approached for comment.
