Migos kicked off plane, with manager claiming racial profiling

Rap trio Migos, who are heading to Australia in October for Live Nation, were kicked off a flight last Friday.

The Atlanta-based actwere travelling on Delta Airlines to a concert last Friday in Des Moines, Iowa.

The band’s manager reportedly suggested that members Quavo, Offset and Takeoff were racially profiled.

But the airline claims another reason.

In a statement it said: “Delta flight 1532 from Atlanta to Des Moines returned to the gate, prior to departure, to deplane several customers seated in the First Class cabin who repeatedly refused to follow crew member instructions to buckle their seatbelts and stow carry-on items in the overhead bins.”

The plane was taxiing on to the runway when a crew member noticed that Offset had not followed safety procedure and Takeoff had not store his bag in the above cabin compartment.

The manager told TMZ that the three were exhausted and had gone to sleep immediately after they boarded and hadn’t heard the instructions.

Delta, however, made amends by getting another plane to fly them to the destination. According to an Instagram post by the hip hop act, they had the plane to themselves.

It arrived an hour before their concert was scheduled to begin.

“Right is right wrong is wrong. Thanks @delta for making it your job to get us to our concert on time! Wholeplane!” Migos captioned the photo.

In February, Offset was kicked off an American Airlines flight, apparently for talking on his cell phone.
