Digital Chart Wrap: Ronson moves to top all charts

This week the Shazam 100 sees a new #1 from Mark Ronson’s fast mover Uptown Funk featuring Bruno Mars. The track has seen plenty of success on both the sales and airplay charts so it comes as no shock that this has skyrocketed to #1 on the Shazam chart. Will Sparks’ Ah Yeah So What featuring Wiley & Elen Levon remains at #2 this week. The next bit of movement comes from Nicki Minaj’s Bed Of Lies featuring Skylar Grey, which climbs to #3 from #4, a new peak for the track. Samantha Jade’s Sweet Talk is up at #4 from #20 after just three weeks in the chart, also in the chart for the same amount of timeis Clean Bandit & Jess Glynne’s Real Love, which is now at #5.A stand out debut comes in at #20 from Ed Sheeran’s Make It Rain which has also started the climb on the airplay charts.

It isn’t Making ItRain that’s topping the ARIA Streaming chart however, it’s Sheeran’s Thinking Out Loud which has now held #1 for five weeks. At #2 is a new possible contender for the top spot with Mark Ronson’s Uptown Funk moving up from last week’s #6 debut.Ariana Grande’s Love me Harder featuring The Weeknd hits a new peak at #9 this week, breaking the Top 10 up from #12. Hozier’s Take Me To Church manages to just make it into the Top 10 bracket as well, jumping from #17 to #10 after its fourth week in the chart.A fairly high debut occurs in the Top 30 from Peking Duk’s Take Me Over featuring Safia, which enters at #24 and given the amount of press the act have received recently, it’ll be no surprise if this hits the Top 10 in a matter of weeks. At #29 another new debut comes in from Selena Gomez’s The Heart Wants What It Wants while Beyonce’s 7/11 enters at #37.
