Charts & Music Manager

The Spotify 20 sees a very stable Top 10 this week with the only movement occurring in the last three positions of the bracket. At #1 is Taylor Swift’s Shake It Off, #2 is Ed Sheeran’s Thinking Out Loud and #3 is Blame from Calvin Harris & John Newman. At #7 is Sam Smith’s Stay With Me which is up from last week’s #10. The Script breaks into the Top 10 with Superheroes entering at #9 from #11 and G.R.L’s Ugly Heart just manages to stay inside the top bracket after falling to #10 from last week’s #9. Outside the Top 10, Avicii’s The Days reaches a new peak at #12 after debuting at #15 last week and George Ezra’s Budapest makes some progress landing at #15 from last week’s #19. The Shazam 100 sees the same Top 2 this week with Ed Sheeran’s Thinking Out Loud at #1 but Marlon Roudette When The Beat Drops Out has weighed inat #2. At #3 is David Guetta & Sam Martin’s Dangerous, which could very well hit #1 as Sheeran and Roudette’s singles become more and more saturated and known. At #4 is Waze & Odyssey vs R. Kelly’s Bump & Grind which is up from last week’s #16 and at #5 is The Magician ft. Years & Years’ track Sunlight which is up from #13. At #8 is a new entry from X-Factor Australia winner Marlisa withStand By You;it’s easy to understand why this track entered so high given the sheer amount of publicity around the grand final winner. Another exceptionally high entry comes in the form of Calvin Harris & Ellie Goulding’s brand new single Outside which enters at #11 and Guy Sebastian & 2 Chainz’s Mama Ain’t Proud at #25. The ARIA Streaming chart sees a familiar Top 5 with Taylor Swift’s Shake It Off at #1, Ed Sheeran’s Thinking Out Loud at #2, Calvin Harris & John Newman’s Blame at #3, Meghan Trainor’s All About That Bass at #4 and Echosmith’s Cool Kids at #5. The movement starts at #6 with Sam Smith’s Stay With Me moving up from #10. George Ezra’s Budapest also sees movement on this chart, moving up to #15 up from #21 and at #22 is Alesso’s Heroes which is up from #24 where it debuted last week.
