Digital Chart Wrap: Major Lazer enters seventh week at #1

Major Lazer remains at #1 on the ARIA Streaming chart for their seventh week in a row with Lean On featuring MØ & DJ Snake. That isn’t likely to change for at least a few more weeks with MØ in the country for Splendour In The Grass in a few weeks. Moving up to #2 and likely to take #1 oneis The Weeknd’s Can’t Feel My Face which makes the jump from #2 on its second week in the chart. DJ Snake sees another track close to entering the Top 10 with his collaboration with AlunaGeorge, I Know You Like It, hitting #11 up from #14. Two new debuts make their way into the Top 40 this week with Meghan Trainor’s Like I’m Gonna Lose You featuring John Legend at #19 and Rachel Platten’s Fight Song at #25.

Meghan Trainor’s Like I’m Gonna Lose You featuring John Legend stays at #1 this week though Rachel Platten’s Fight Song finds a new peak at #2 up from #3. Replacing her at #3 is Robin Schulz’ Headlights featuring Ilsey which makes the jump from #19 followed closely by The Weeknd’s Can’t Feel My Face moving to #4 from #13.Up At #11 from #15 is DJ Snake & AlunaGeorge’s You Know You Like It while Selena Gomez’s Good For You featuring A$AP Rocky takes #12 from #36. Rufus’You Were Right finds itself debuting at #18 while London Grammar’s Strong sees a big re-entry at #30. One last debut in the Top 50 is seen from Tori Kelly’s I Was Made For Loving You featuring Ed Sheeran at #47, though Hermitude’s Searchlight featuring Yeo comes very close at #53.

The Weeknd’s Can’t Feel My Face is sitting pretty at #1 for another week as is the remainder of the Top 3 with no movement. The first new placements come at #4 with Robin Schulz’s Headlights featuring Ilsey which is up from #6. Lost Frequencies’ Are You With Me jumps to #5 from #11 as the track sees more and more commercial airplay, andGalantis’ Peanut Butter Jelly makes the last new Top 10 entry at #7 from #12. Tinnie Tempah comes close to the bracket at #12 from #23 with Not Letting Go while Rufus just makes the Top 20 at #18 from #43 with You Were Right. Selena Gomez’s Good For You featuring A$AP Rocky makes the Top 40 this week at #40 from #60 while L’Tric’s This Feeling makes similar progress at #41 from #64. Only one new debut comes into the Top 50 this week and that’s from Years & Years’ Shine at #28.
