Hot 100

Calvin Harris tops the TMN Hot 100 this week with How Deep Is Your Love featuring Disciples jumping from #6 to #1. Justin Bieber’s What Do You Mean marks the first new entry into the Top 10 moving to #6 from #26, as does Macklemore & Ryan Lewis’ Downtown at #8 from #25.

Outside the Top 10 Sigala’s Easy Love enters the Top 20 bracket at #18 from #27, still riding strong on her commercial radio breakthrough. Drapht’s Dancin John Doe climbs further up at #32 from #48. Avicii’s For A Better Day breaks past the Top 50 at #33 from #65. Most moved this week is OMI’s Hula Hoop, which jumps 37 spots to #20 from #57. Two new debuts make it into the lower spectrum of the Top 50 with Troye Sivan’s Wild at #42 and Ellie Drennan’s Ghost at #43.

ARIA Singles

It’s week two at the top for Justin Bieber’s latest track What Do You Mean? which holds fast on the chart ahead of Macklemore & Ryan Lewis’ Downtown, which makes a jump to #2 from #9.Nico & Vinz’s That’s How You Know climbs back up to #5 from #8,while Felix Jaehn marks the only new entry into the Top 10 at #10 from #12.Sigala’s Easy Love sees a new debut at #14 this week followed by Troye Sivan’s Wild with a #16 debut. The Weeknd could have two tracks in the Top 20 next week with The Hills just falling short of the bracket at #21 from #27, andCan’t Feel My Face, which is currently at #9. Two other debuts make it into the chart. At #37 is Reigan’s Feels Like Heaven while N.W.A’s F**k Tha Police makes its ARIA Singles chart debut at #49. Their only other release to ever chart in Top 50 Singles was the 100 Miles And Running EP.

ARIA Albums

Perth’s Troye Sivan takes #1 on the ARIA Albums chart this week with the entry of his debut album Wild. It’s his first appearance on the Albums chart and peaked at #10 on the Singles chart with Happy Little Pill in August of last year. Iron Maiden take #2 with the debut of The Book Of Souls, their sixteenth studio album and second #2 in a row. Rounding off the last of the Top 3 debuts is Five Finger Death Punch’s Got Your Six, their fourth Top 50 appearance on the Albums chart. Taking up two spots at #8 and #9 is N.W.A with Straight Outta Compton and Greatest Hits. Thanks to the release of their biopic Straight Outta Compton last week they have earned their first ever ARIA Top 10 appearance, and with two albums to boot. Vance Joy’s Dream Your Life Away leaps to #12 back from #36, riding on the sales of the new deluxe edition of the album which includes #6 charting single Fire And The Flood. Further down the chart a few more albums enjoy the success of the Straight Outta Compton biopic is Dr. Dre’s 2001, re-entering the chart at #26, also marking a new peak for the album. At #33 is N.W.A’s The Strength Of Street Knowledge: The Best Of N.W.A,while Ice Cube’s Greatest Hits and Amerikkka’s Most Wantedare at #41 and #49 respectively.
