It is held on Friday, November 2 and Saturday, November 3 at the State Theatre Centre of WA.

The first seven of 30 speakers are:

Susan Heymann – general manager, Chugg Entertainment.

Will Evans – Melbourne-based label ambassador, Bandcamp Australia & New Zealand, label owner of Neat Lawn, booker at Night Cat  and manager of Midlife.

Anna Laverty – Melbourne producer, mixer, engineer.

Shannon Driscoll – performer and program co-director, of Girls Rock! Melbourne.

Zal Kanga-Parabia – performer, creative controller of  Propel Youth Arts WA (WA).

Pannels, masterclasses and events so far look at treating the creative process with reverence, the fundamentals of publicity, and how to get your songs on radio.

It also marks the return of Bookers & Burgers, a lunchtime session of meeting up with booking agents.

Also back in 2018 are the staples, speed dating,  radio pitching and the Quay Note Boat Party to mingle with the new starts and the exec pros.
