Local independent music company Unified has launched its own touring company in partnership with theworld’s biggestconcert promoter, Live Nation.

Naturally, Unified’s founder and CEO Jaddan Comerford along with its Head of Recorded Music Luke Logemann saw a gap in the market following Soundwave’s demise, but the company already has a glowing tour track record. It’s sold out tour dates from its artists Vance Joy,The Amity Affliction,Violent Soho,Northlane,In Hearts Wake andIlly, along with its two sold out Unify Gatherings in 2015 and 2016, are just a few examples.

Live Nation’sVP of promotionsRoger Field recentlyhired promoter Nigel Melder, who will also be working on the joint venture.

Logemann, who is also the Booker and Promoter for Unify Gathering, has added another feather to his cap as the new head of touring strategy for Unified’s new division.

Speaking to TMN he said: “Our strategy is pretty simple – we just want to do good business with good artists, agents and managers.”

Unified and Live Nation Australasiapreviously teamed up for the largely sold out double headline tour of The Amity Affliction and A Day To Remember in December.

Unify Present is expected to announce another tour in the coming days.
