Charli XCX Cruises to Top of Aotearoa Charts

Charli XCX has grabbed a second No. 1 album in New Zealand.

The English pop superstar debuts atop this week's Top 40 Albums Chart with Music, Fashion, Film, which earned a rave review from Rolling Stone. It's Charli's second No. 1 album, following Brat's chart-topping run in 2024.

There's still no escaping Ella Langley on the Top 40 Singles Chart, with "Choosin' Texas" continuing its dominance at No. 1.

Gin Wigmore slips down the Top 20 Aotearoa Albums Chart to No. 4 with Beautiful Mess, after debuting atop the chart last week. She's replaced at the summit by the ubiquitous Six60, back at No. 1 with Right Here Right Now.

There's a great new entry as Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington soul singer Romi Wrights grabs the No. 10 spot with her highly anticipated debut album, Andy. We'll have an exclusive interview with Wrights next week.

Fat Papi and prodshushy prove their Top 20 Aotearoa Singles Chart win wasn't a fluke, holding onto the top spot for a second week with viral sensation "Freaked Out".

It's more of the same over on the Top 10 Te Reo Māori Singles Chart, with TAWAZ and friends continuing to occupy the top spot with "Mānawa Maiea Matariki".
