Midweek ARIA Predictions: DJ Snake to take top single debut

The trend of incredibly high debuts on the ARIA Singles chart continues this week with DJ Snake’s new cut Let Me Love You ft. Justin Bieber on track for a #1, likely to beat contemporaries Major Lazer and their track Cold Water, also featuring Bieber.

Twenty One Pilots are on track to crack the Top 5 with Heathens up from #19. Jonas Blue’s Perfect Strangers and Katy Perry’s Rise will break into the Top 10 from #11 and #15 respectively.

The latest single to see success from the Suicide Squad soundtrack is the monster collaboration with Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, Imagine Dragons, X Ambassadors, Ty Dolla $ign & Logic on the track Sucker For Pain. It’s looking for a Top 20 entry while Skrillex & Rick Ross’ Purple Lamborghini will debut in the Top 40.

ARIA Albums

Suicide Squad: The Album will look for a #1 debut next week, ahead of Bernard Fanning’s Civil Dusk which is also fighting for a Top 3 debut. Sydney buzz artist Montaigne will earn a Top 5 debut for her debut album Glorious Heights while Skillet’s Unleashed will look for a Top 10 debut.

Macklemore & Ryan Lewis’ This Unruly Mess I’ve Made will move back into the Top 10 from #11 as their tour continues across Australia. The Top 20 will see a host of debuts starting with Elvis Presley’s Way Down In The Jungle Room. DJ Snake’s debut Encore will enter next followed by Dustin Tebbutt’s First Light.
