Independent Chart Wrap: Flume and The Temper Trap debut high

It’s another quiet Top 2 week with Sia holding #1 with Cheap Thrills and Flume ft. Kai at #2 with Never Be Like You. The first change is at #3 with The Temper Trap’s Fall Together scoring a high debut, marking the last notable change in the Top 10. Spit Syndicate’s Know Better makes a small gain at #12 from #13 on its second week in the chart, taking a new peak.

Sia’s Cheap Thrills remains at #1 for another week on the Carlton Dry Independent radio chart again, though Flume is set to become a challenge as Never Be Like You ft. Kai debuts at #2. The Rubens see a new peak withCut Me Loose taking #6 from #9 and round off the last movers in the Top 10.

Thirsty Merc’s The Good Life re-enters at #15 followed by West Thebarton Brothel Party’s Red Or White at #17. Zefereli debuts at #19 with Stupid Goodbye.

AIR Albums

Sia’s This Is Acting and The Cat Empire’s Rising With The Sun remains at #1 and #2 respectively this week while Sia’s 1000 Form Of Fear returns to #3 from #5. At #4 is a the only new debut on the chart, C3 Music’s Abide. Russell Morris’ Red Dirt Red Heart moves back into the Top 10 at #9 from #19.

At #17 is a re-entry from The Smith Street Band’s Throw Me In The River, followed by Seth Sentry’s Strange New Past at #18 and Gurrumul’s self-titled at #19.
