Festicket partners with Audience Republic to strengthen marketing offering
End-to-end ticketing platform Festicket has struck a partnership with event marketing platform Audience Republic to overhaul its marketing offering for clients.
Festicket will now have access to Audience Republic’s bespoke software services alongside its own Event Genius ticketing tool, offering an improved pre-sale registration and waitlist experience for promoters to help them build audiences and increase ticket sales.
The partnership arrives in conjunction with Festicket’s plans to expand further into the APAC region, with an emphasis on servicing the Australian live events sector in the months to come.
As part of its expansion of its local operations, Festicket has announced plans to hire several local team members and increase its on-ground presence within the coming months.
“We’re delighted to be teaming up with the guys at Audience Republic to add another element to our marketing engine for event and festival promoters across Australia, the APAC region, and across the globe,” Owens said.
“The software that Jared [Kristensen] and his team have created to help build audiences will work brilliantly in tandem with the end-to-end solution that Event Genius offers, and we’re excited to start rolling this out with our partners in Australia and beyond.”
Audience Republic founder and CEO, Jared Kristensen, expressed a similar sentiment, noting that the partnership would also assist the company’s own expansion abroad.
“The team here at Audience Republic is looking forward to working alongside our friends at Event Genius more closely to help more festivals and events harness the power of word-of-mouth and audience data to sell more tickets,” Kristensen said.
“We’re also excited to continue our expansion across the UK and Europe, and tapping into Event Genius’ customer base.”
Festicket announced its plans to expand Australian operations last month with the appointment of regional operations manager Tim Glenane, as well as locking in exclusive partnerships with Promiseland and The Grass Is Greener ahead of this year’s festival season.
