A long-serving Warner Music Australia executive has left the business after 11 years.

Billy MacLeod, who has been with the company since 2010 and held the role of SVP of promotions and publicity, will depart.

CEO Dan Rosen sent a note to staff today, including a raft of new hires and promotions, but offered little details on MacLeod’s movement.

The staff update, seen by TMN, said the wider changes were part of Warner Music Australia’s efforts to continue to evolve the company and its culture, and ensure it is the destination of choice for the region’s most dynamic, original and creative talent.

Towards the bottom of the email, Rosen said farewell to MacLeod.

“I also wanted to share the important news that our SVP, promotions and publicity, Billy MacLeod, is leaving the company,” Rosen said. “We thank Billy for his 11 years of service at Warner Music Australia.”
