Amrap Chart Wrap – Hiatus Kaiyote and Patrick James Top Community Radio Chart

The Amrap Metro and Amrap Regional Charts provide insight into what’s gaining airplay and attention on community radio. The charts show the Top 10 tracks ordered for airplay by community broadcasters through the Amrap’s AirIt music distribution service. This week sees Hiatus Kaiyote maintain their zenith in the Amrap Metro Chart while Patrick James has increased in popularity amongst regional community radio.

Hiatus Kaiyote have held onto #1 in the Amrap Metro Chart having debuted in the top spot last week with Shaolin Monk Motherfunk. The smooth, yet disjointed single has garnered airplay at community radio stations across the eastern states including Edge Radio Hobart, FBi Radio Sydney, 4ZZZ Brisbane and Triple R, Mountain District Radio and 979 FM in VIC, not to mention a spin at RTR FM Perth. The virtuosic Melbourne four-piece are no strangers to community radio. Watch them perform live-to-air as part of PBS Drive Live and on their fellow hometown station Triple R.
