Overall, it was a solid performance for Nova, with the station climbing to the top of the market in Perth (13.9% share), Adelaide (tied with ARN’s Mix 102.3 on 11.8%) and Brisbane (10.6%). In Melbourne and Sydney, despite remaining in the middle of the pack, it did have climbs of 0.3 and 0.8 respectively.
This survey also marked a turnaround for many of Southern Cross Austereo’s (SCA) Hit Network stations, with 2DayFM in Sydney finally back above the 5.0% share mark. A jump of 0.9 in Breakfast and climbs across all day parts helped the station to a 5.1% share, up 0.9 from last survey.
