The Brag Media unveils a power breakfast with a difference.
Australia’s premium youth publisher today (May 10) announces Variety Australia and Twilio’s inaugural Live Business Breakfast.
Set for Thursday, June 13 in Sydney, the get-together will gather senior professionals from across the entertainment industries for a morning of celebration, inspiration, networking and the presentation of seven special awards.
On the day, Variety Australia and Twilio will hand out honours for Festival of the Year, Best Australian Theatre Show, Promoter of the Year, and others, plus the prestigious Live Business Award.
“We are thrilled to once again partner with Twilio for another Variety ANZ event,” says Poppy Reid, editor-in-chief at Variety ANZ. “Following on from our CMO dinner last year, the inaugural Twilio Live Business Breakfast will celebrate and honour the exceptional achievements of individuals and brands who are currently weathering and witnessing major changes in the live sector. We look forward to welcoming senior professionals from across the industry to this unique and inspiring event that will be conducted with the forward-thinking lens that is needed right now.”
The seven categories reflect remarkable achievements of individuals and brands across a 12-month period, its nominees honed from information provided by key industry partners and The Brag Media’s editorial staff.
Following the awards ceremony, guests will enjoy a breakfast reception and in-depth panel discussion led by industry leaders, offering insights into the future of music festivals in Australia.
Variety Australia and Twilio’s Live Business Breakfast is coming to 12-Micron, in the heart of Barangaroo.
The forthcoming event follows the inaugural Twilio Segment Variety Australia CMO Dinner, which took place last August in Sydney and featured interviews with Gary Vaynerchuk, the serial entrepreneur better known as Gary Vee; Nicholas Kontopoulos, Twilio’s Vice President of Marketing, Asia Pacific & Japan; and a panel discussion with Seven Network’s Melissa Hopkins and Universal Pictures International Australasia’s Suzanne Stretton-Brown.
