Nina is someone who has worn many hats in the entertainment industry and has carried her passion for independent music into each job she’s held. Having previously worked in media in Northern Germany, she’s also worked for MTV, Comedy Central, and Nickelodeon, and worked as a senior editor and playlist curator for Spotify in Berlin. And after moving to Sydney in 2019, she worked in strategy and operations for Spotify’s local office.
These days though, Nina Rabè-Cairns sits in the big chair at global music distributor Ingrooves locally. Not only did she take on the role right at the start of the global pandemic, but as Managing Director she now oversees business operations in Australia, NZ, South Korea, and Southeast Asia. It’s not surprising then that she has was included in the Billboard International Power Player list for 2022.
