Linktree integrates Shopify into offering

Users of Linktree now have more monetisation options, with the linking platform partnering with Shopify.

Linktree is a linking platform which recently acquired Songlink/Odesli. Its Music Link feature enables artists to share their content across 16 major music streaming platforms including Apple Music, Spotify and YouTube.

Artists can re-order the list of streaming services based on their preferences, and add unlimited links and YouTube and Spotify embeds to share music, merchandise and tickets in one place.

Now, there will also be further revenue opportunities, as Linktree users can launch a Shopify storefront on the Linktree to boost discovery of their latest collections.

Users can display six products at a time and host multiple links for different collections or stores.

Co-founder and CEO, Alex Zaccaria, said Linktree is constantly looking for ways to improve the user experience for creators, and Shopify is another iteration of that goal.

“We are excited to welcome Shopify to our ever-expanding list of Linktree functionalities that enable users to streamline shopping, better connect with audiences and ultimately, drive more purchases. Linktree intends to integrate more platforms creators rely on to monetise and run their online businesses.”
