Young has previously worked as an Agent at boutique booking agency Artist Voice. When Artist Voice was acquired by William Morris Endeavour in April 2015, she continued as Senior Agent in the Asia-Pacific music division, eventually going on to handle the territorial bookings for the company’s International electronic roster.

Young has signed and booked breakthrough artists throughout her career including Nick Murphy (Chet Faker), The Rubens, City Calm Down, Meg Mac and Hermitude.

“I’m incredibly excited to bring Collective Artists to life with the team at Inertia,” said Young. “At a time when the eyes of the world are firmly placed on amazing Australian talent, it’s more vital than ever to create a space where we can nurture their careers with creativity, care and personal attention.”
