New Head of Entertainment at ABC TV
Jon Casimir is the new Head of Entertainment at ABC TV, effective April 8. He is currently an executive producer with Cordell Jigsaw Zapruder The one-time music journalist (RAM, Encore, Sydney Morning Herald) moved into television to produce Enough Rope With Andrew Denton (2003-2008). He also executive-produced the successful Gruen series of shows – Transfer, Planet, Nation, Sweat – all made for ABC TV. Sophia Zachariou, Acting Head of Entertainment, is appointed Deputy Head of Entertainment, overseeing production of the entertainment and non-narrative comedy slate.
Billy Russell heads music at Pagesdigital
