Dan + Shay help Justin Bieber win Most Added by a country mile

Justin Bieber topping TMN’s Most Added To Radio chart is nothing new, with the pop star this week winning his second title of 2019.

Bieber is now the latest in a long line of artists to team up with a country act, helping US country duo Dan + Shay crack CHR radio in the process.

Their collab ‘10,000 Hours’ cruised to victory in the most added stakes this week, with Niall Horan’s new release ‘Nice To Meet Ya’ making up the Top 3 ahead of blackbear’s pop culture satire track ‘hot girl bummer’.

With a national addition on the Hit Network, ATB adds on KIIS 106.5 and KIIS 101.1, and ATB support from all five Nova stations, the result was a formality early in the week.

Notably, the Dan + Shay & Bieber collab began to get Aussie country radio’s tick of approval, with additions by Country Music Channel and Triple M Country.

Travis Scott’s new single ‘HIGHEST IN THE ROOM’ also cracked the Top 5 this week, which was rounded out by Flume’s Vera Blue feature ‘Rushing Back’ which lands on the chart for the second consecutive week.
