AU Singles Report: Digital Farm Animals & Hailee Steinfeld team up in huge single, Illy snags Most Added

Digital Farm Animals, aka Nicholas Gale, teams up with Hailee Steinfeld on new hit Digital Love to take the #1 New Single Release. The track makes great use of Steinfeld’s incredibly potent voice and is a worthy follow-up to Digital Farm Animals’ 2016 hit Millionaire, a collaboration with electronic trio Cash Cash featuring Nelly.

For a third consecutive week, Ed Sheeran’s Shape Of You and Castle On The Hill still occupy the Top 2 of the Artist Top 50, with Shape Of You still coming out ahead in their tug-of-war. This comes as no surprise however as the track still dominates the Hot 100, Spotify and iTunes charts.

Australian hip-hop staple Illy is this week’s #1 Most Added To Radio with track You Say When ft. Marko Penn. The track saw additions across almost every major network, with adds coming in from commercial Hit stations, Ash London Live, the ACE Radio Network and Smallzy’s Surgery on the Nova Network.

This week’s #1 Heatseeker is Tash Sultana’s Jungle. Since taking #3 on triple j’s Hottest 100 two weeks ago, the track has seen a huge resurgence in airplay. Jungle jumps to #48 from #99 on the Hot 100, a move of 51 places.
