Alison Wonderland has received great support from fellow DJs for the move, as it would persuade her fans and other musicians to look after themselves.
The DJ, who has been enduring a relentless schedule as her popularity and fees grow, has been active in her stance on the importance of maintaining mental and physical health.
Among those sending her supportive messages were of QUIX, Blunts & Blondes, Felix Cartal, Hex Cougar, Dani Deahl and Kaskade.
Kaskade retweeted her message and added “Love that you’re taking care of yourself. Get back to zero so you can turn it all the way up to eleven for the fans later on.
“They’ll still be there, many of them inspired by your active self-care.”
The shows included Mysteryland in the Netherlands and South West Four in London.
