Chris Giansante joins Toronto rights company ole

Toronto-based music rights management company ole has appointedChris Giansanteto General Manager of Administration, a portfolio change from his previous position inole's Acquisitions department. In his new role overseeing Administration, Giansante will work withole's global admin team to improve client service and data analytics, refineole's online portal, and manageole's digital collections and services. He will also ensure thatolemaximizes royalty collections from its catalog and those the company administers, with a focus on leveragingole's proprietary technology for improved royalty data analysis to uncover every opportunity for royalty income.

Prior to joiningole, Giansante served in an analyst capacity at RBC Capital Markets, and with firms in the automotive and environmental technologies sectors. In 2010, he was hired byoleas a Financial Analyst in the company's Acquisitions department, earning a promotion to Senior Analyst in 2013. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 2008 and his MBA in 2010, both from the University of Windsor. He is also a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario as a CPA, CMA.
