Human Nature ends decade-long residency on Las Vegas Strip

All good things must come to an end.

After 11 years and over 2,000 performances, Australian vocal group Human Nature have called time on their award-winning Las Vegas residency.

For the past seven years, Toby Allen, Phil Burton and brothers, Andrew and Mike Tierney, have called the Sands Showroom at The Venetian Resort home.

Human Nature Sings Mowtown & More was the venue’s longest-running headlining show. TMN understands all members plan to remain in the US.

“We are very sad that we will not be returning to our amazing Sands Showroom at the Venetian Resort,” Tierney said, with COVID-19 forces the reason for ending the historic run.

Over the last eleven years, Human Nature has achieved numerous milestones and accolades.

They were inducted into the Australian Aria Hall of Fame last year, and were the recipients of Australia’s highest honours, the Order of Australia.

The band also received many Best of Las Vegas awards, critical acclaim for their live shows and signed a global record deal with Sony Music.

Since signing to Sony in 1985 and releasing their first single ‘Got It Goin’ in 1996, the boys went on to sell over 2.5 million albums in Australia.

Four of their 13 studio albums went to #1 on the ARIA chart, with 28 Platinum certifications, 15 Top 20 singles and five Top 10 hits worldwide.
