Amber Lawrence is the second Aussie to top TMN’s Country Chart in 2019

Aussie Amber Lawrence has ascended to #1 on the latest TMN Country Airplay Chart.

‘Outrageous’, released via ABC Music, is the fifth single from the singer-songwriter to top the chart since she began releasing music in 2006.

‘Women Like Me (Don’t Like Girls Like You)’, ‘Everybody’s A Mess’, ‘I Will Love You’ and ‘Honeysuckle’ also hit the summit.

Lawrence becomes the second Aussie to rule the roost in 2019 after Morgan Evans completed his relentless 24-week reign in January.

Making way for Lawrence is Thomas Rhett’s ‘Look What God Gave Her’ which falls to #2.

Rhett tallied two weeks in pole position helped on by commercial radio airplay across the Hit Network, 92.5 GOLD FM and 2GO.

Another Aussie, Christie Lamb, is up to a new peak position at #7 with ‘Hot Hot Kiss’. It’s her highest point since ‘Loaded’ climbed the chart last year.

Lamb and ABC stablemates Lawrence, Lee Kernaghan, Travis Collins and Felicity Urquhart make up half of the current Top 10.

TMN’s Country Airplay Chart weights spins from seven contributors across Australia including KIX, CMC, ABC Country and Triple M Country.
