Leading the changes is Georgia Madden, who rises to head of touring operations, a new role.
Madden will lead the overall operations at the live event specialist’s touring team, and is tasked with “ensuring the department runs efficiently and effectively,” a statement reads.
Joining Madden at the touring team are Jessica Phillips, Harriet Page and Paige Roy.
Among the new hires is former Three Six Zero and Live Nation staffer Andrew White, who is named as Untitled Group general manager, with responsibly for the execution of operational plans and strategic decision making, plus team development.
In the marketing team, Stephanie Mrmacoski rises to senior marketing manager – festivals specialist, where she will lead the overall execution and marketing strategies for Untitled Group’s flagship camping festivals — Beyond The Valley and Pitch Music & Arts.
Also, ex-Ticketmaster employee Courtney Tahar is tapped for the role of ticketing manager.
The changes extend to the customer experience department, which expands with the addition of Isabella Misurelli and Tristan Knight, while Pete Sofo is elevated to director of festivals and major events, and Pantjiti Lawrence comes on board as workforce coordinator.
And finally, the finance department rings in the changes with Sue Rawlings joining as head of tour accounting. Rawlings’ resume boasts more than 16 years industry experience, and includes tours for the likes of Fleetwood Mac, Kendrick Lamar, Madonna, One Direction, and U2. Additionally, Rohan D’Zouza joins as accounts officer.
Independently-owned and based in Melbourne, Untitled is coming off a bumper 2022, during which the business reported “huge growth,” both in head-count and box-office.
As the concerts industry leaves the pandemic in its dust, Untitled moved to a larger space in Dover Street, Cremorne to accommodate for its expanding team.
In May 2022, the business announced it had grown from seven to 37 staff since January 2021. That figure had lifted to 62 earlier in 2023, and now rises to 65.
By year’s end, the business was ranked No. 2 in Pollstar’s Top Promoter list for Australia and New Zealand, based on box office data.
