Ūla Signs With Flagrant Artist Management (EXCLUSIVE)

Flagrant Artist Management signs rising teen singer and songwriter Ūla, TMN can exclusively reveal.

The unsigned 19-year-old singer and songwriter from Rydalmere, New South Wales, has already found her fans.

Her previous three singles – “Strawberry Cheeks,” “Futon” and “White Knuckles — have accumulated over 25 million combined streams, and her online fanbase numbers upwards of 1.6 million.

“We couldn’t be more excited that’s she has chosen us to join her team.,” FAM director Daniel Anthony tells TMN.

To celebrate the new arrangement, Ūla today drops “gold star,” a slice of indie-pop with muscle.

Produced by Xavier Dunn (Jack River, Slum Sociable, Cxloe), “gold star” debuted over the airwaves Thursday night (Oct. 20) on Triple J’s “Good Nights”. It’s her first release of 2022.

Ūla cut her teeth busking, and has caught the attention of stars Amy Shark, The Veronicas, Tyne James Organ, who’ve invited her on stage for support slots.

She’s ready to step out on her own, with a debut headline show set for next Thursday, Oct. 27 at Pleasure Playhouse.

At Flagrant Artists, a boutique artist management company, Ūla joins a stable that includes Ruel, Taka Perry and Tom Thum.

“It’s not everyday you come across an emerging artist who is so on top of their game, with such a
strong handle on their own artistic voice,” adds Anthony.

“It’s incredibly inspiring, not only for myself, but the whole FAM crew. We simply couldn’t be happier that Ūla has entrusted us with her music and her career.”
