Twitter accounts taken down for BET Awards posts, community radio awards finalists announced, and more

Here’s all the music industry news you need to know today.

A number of Twitter accounts were taken down because of alleged issues related to the DMCA. The music magazine The FADER and the hip-hop blog Pigeons & Planes were affected. At least some of the takedowns were related to content from the BET Awards, and came at the behest of Viacom, BET’s parent company. – via VICE
