TuneCore Social Pro aims to be a one-stop shop for music managers
Digital distributor TuneCore are one of those brilliant companies that level the playing field somewhat, allowing independent artists to distribute their music through Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal and all manner of digital services for a nominal fee.
Now the company is aiming to simplify the social media side of music, with TuneCore Social Pro – which allows bands or managers to manage social media and sales reports in the one space.
So, basically instead of bouncing from Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, SoundCloud, YouTube and MixCloud to manage your social media activity, it all funnels through one program.
“Social media management can be a full-time job, and we want to make sure TuneCore members are focused on their art,” Scott Ackerman, CEO of TuneCore said on the new app. “We know that a successful online social media presence is essential to our artists’ success, so we prioritised the development of this tool and will continue adapting our resources to meet the demands of the evolving music industry and social media landscape.”
TuneCore Social Pro costs $9.99 per month.
