Troye Sivan set for Denton encounter on “Interview”

Troye Sivan will be a featured guest with Andrew Denton on Network Seven’s “Interview” next Tuesday, July 24.

This comes as the LA-based Australian singer-songwriter gets set to release his album Bloom on August 31 through EMI Music Australia.

Today he releases the video for Dance To This featuring Ariana Grande.

Directed by Bardia Zeinali, the video was shot in Ukranian Village in the East Village in New York City.

Sivan said, “Dance To This is about that moment when you feel like you’ve been to enough house parties or events, and staying home and like, making out in the kitchen and cooking dinner sounds like a much, much better alternative.”

Zeinali is a pop-obsessed videographer beloved by the likes of Petra Collins, Selena Gomez and Paris Hilton for his comical internet fashion clips done in his signature mash-up style and said to possess “the best Instagram of all time.”

Sivan has released two new tracks via Spotify globally – a Bloom acoustic and a version of Post Malone’s Better Now.

He also collaborated with Jonsi from Sigur Ros on the song Revelation for the upcoming film Boy Erased.

Sivan has generated 2.5 billion streams across all platforms while video views have surpassed 500 million.

He supported his 2015 debut album, Blue Neighbourhood with sold-out tours across UK, Europe and Australia as well as two sold-out North American tours.

Blue Neighbourhood, which topped the iTunes charts in 66 countries, has sold more than 2.5 million adjusted albums worldwide and is certified platinum in Australia, gold in the US and silver in the UK

He is the current face of Valentino Menswear.
