Halfway through the silence, triple j finally pipped up… on social media.
triple j dropped off air for over an hour this morning
Just before 8am this morning, Triple J suddenly dropped off the air, flooding the nation with over an hour of uncomfortable silence, over which we were forced to talk to each other.
The outage was different depending on where you happened to be tuned in – some frequencies were simply broadcasting dead air, while some had a recording message about the difficulties.
