Bigsound is taking shape as an in-person pow-wow, with a loaded daytime program and a nighttime showcase lineup with more than 180 acts.

If the volume of applications is a good induction, Bigsound has been sorely missed. This year’s show attracted over 1,300 artists requests.

Also confirmed to the keynote lineup are Matt Gudinski, Jaguar Jonze, and Brisbane-based U.K. electronic artist Example (Elliot Gleave).

In her official capacity, Lumsden will join a “Country Music Taskforce” ahead of this September's edition of Bigsound.
