Support Act’s Head First conference announces rescheduled date
Support Act has announced a rescheduled date for their inaugural Head First music industry conference.
The event was scheduled to take place at Australian Institute of Music in Sydney this month but was forced to postpone amid the current coronavirus outbreak. It has now been announced that Head First will take place on Thursday, October 2021 from 9 am to 5 pm.
“It wouldn’t be a music industry event without a pandemic postponement, so despite the initial upset, we’re thrilled that the conference will still be going ahead in October,” CEO of Support Act, Clive Miller shared in a statement.
“We urge any existing ticket holders to please hold onto their ticket for this new date and we look forward to announcing additional speakers over the coming weeks.”
Head First is open to anyone in the music community, from artists, crew, producers, and those working in the extended industry. The event aims to illuminate the mental health challenges facing the music industry today and equip attendees with tools to keep their mental health intact.
Tickets for the show are available now and will set you back $39. It ill include a light breakfast, hot drinks, lunch, afternoon tea and networking drinks.
