Sydney’s STUMPS join Vita Artists

Sydney’s STUMPS have joined the Vita Artists bookings family.

The news comes in tandem with the four-piece’s new single ‘Your Old Man’, which received a premiere on triple j’s Home & Hosed and adds to triple j Unearthed rotation & Spotify’s ‘Local Noise’ playlist.

Since forming in Sydney’s Northern Beaches in 2017, STUMPS sold out the launch show for their 2018-released debut EP titled ‘Just Another Stay at Home Son’.

They’ve since toured with the likes of Trophy Eyes, Maddy Jane, Dear Seattle and delivered a high-energy live set at The Drop Festival.

Vita Artists Managing Director Guven Yilmaz said of their new signing:

“I’ve had the pleasure of watching STUMPS develop over the past year, so I’m ecstatic that I can now assist in their growth as artists on the touring front. Keep your eyes on them.”

In September last year Yilmaz relaunched his Melbourne-based booking agency as Vita Music Group.

Having only been on the scene for a handful of years, Vita Music Group have managed to make a name for themselves by working with some of the best and brightest names on the Aussie music scene, including Kwame, Clypso, RAAVE TAPES, Austen, Nyxen, and Ocean Sleeper.

At the time of the relaunch, Guven Yilmaz said:

“This, in turn, has enabled us to accelerate the growth of our artists beyond expectations with strong strategies in place with managers and artist teams.”
