Melbourne music photographer launches new creative service Stagedive
Melbourne-based music photographer Nathan Washington has announced the launch of his own multi-faceted creative service Stagedive.
The platform aims to support local and independent acts by providing them with artist management, publicity, promotional support and asset creation for campaigns, with Washington also offering live and press photography.
By combining multiple services under the same umbrella, Stagedive hopes to support the interests of emerging artists, prioritising competitive pricing and budget-friendly package options to appeal to unsigned clients.
Coinciding with its launch, Stagedive has also revealed details of its initial artist signings, with rapper Daniel Elia and R&B artist/producer R.em.edy the first two acts to sign management deals with the business venture.
Stagedive will also work with other artists on a freelance basis to assist with promotional campaigns, photography and creative asset development.
Washington highlighted his mission to give back to Melbourne’s independent music community after three years of photographing acts at live venues around the city.
“After being involved in the local scene as a photographer for so long, I decided I wanted to get more involved behind the scenes to help provide platforms to artists who deserve it,” Washington explained.
