New hires at Secret Sounds Connect

Secret Sounds Connect, the leading commercial rights agency for music festivals in Australia, hasannounced new talent alignment and branded content services for brands; and the appointment of a number of new hires.

Secret Sounds Connect’s new key hires include:
Jade New, General Manager. Jade previously worked as the General Manager for Future Entertainment (Future Music Festival, Summadayze) and prior to this was Talent & Artist Relations Manager at MTV. New now oversees the business operations of Secret Sounds Connect, with particular focus on Secret Sounds Connect’s newly established Talent & Content Division.
Nicole Lembke, Strategic Partnerships Manager. Nicole was previously the Marketing Manager at Sony Music. Lembke drives new business relationships for Secret Sounds Connect’s portfolio of award winning festival clients, including St Jerome’s Laneway Festival, The Falls Festival, Southbound Festival, Listen Out, Field Day and Harbourlife.
Zoe Murdoch:Strategic Partnerships Manager – Splendour in the Grass. Zoe was previously the Music Marketing Manager at Nova Entertainment.Murdoch is charged with leading brand integration with Australia’s premier music festival, Splendour In The Grass.
Peita Dixon, Talent & Content Manager: Peita was previously Head of Partner Services at Mixitup Australia. Dixon will be leading integration across Talent & Content campaigns.
Other appointments include Lucy Morris into Partnerships Coordinator and Charlotte Ibbotson into Integration Coordinator positions.

It has been a huge year for Secret Sounds Connect off the back off their sixth consecutive year as exclusive rights agent for Splendour In The Grass, delivering the biggest brand partnerships in the festival’s history. In an inaugural sponsorship, PayPal rewarded their customers by offering unparalleled access to Splendour tickets through an exclusive pre sale offer available only to existing PayPal account holders. Splendour also partnered with Telstra on a multi-faceted sponsorship campaign including Splendour TV connected by Telstra, a live-stream which featured performances from Blur, Mark Ronson, Peking Duk, Of Monsters and Men, Royal Blood, Tkay Maidza and Jarryd James; alongside experiential offerings including free Wi-Fi, custom mobile app functionality, recharging stations and the world’s largest selfie stick.
Secret Sounds Connect are also currently working with Telstra on a charity initiative in collaboration with Mumford & Sons for their upcoming Sydney show on the 14th November, offering a well deserved night out to the flood affected residents of the Dungog community.
