As part of their ongoingWomen In Electronic Music Programfor 2017,MusicNSWin conjunction withNative Tongue Music Publishingtoday announce theWomen In Electronic Music Masterclassesline-up.The masterclasses aim to provide opportunities for women to learn technical and production skills for making electronic music.

The event includes eight masterclasses from some of the brightest rising producers, DJ’s and songwriters including Song Structures:Laying down the foundations of your trackwithRainbow Chan, The Songwriting Process: From Start to FinishwithMiss Blanks,UNIIQU3’sProduction Workshop, AudioEngineering Workshop withAntonia Gauci, Working Together: Collaborative SongwritingwithKučka, Composing withAbleton Live for Beginners withMoon Holiday, Synthesizers withBUOYand DJing 101 withAndy Garvey.

The Songwriting Process: From Start to Finishwith Miss Blanks

Brisbane artist Miss Blanks will take you through the entire songwriting process in this WIEM Masterclass. With the help of her producer TomTom, Miss Blanks will work through everything you need to write and finish your song, from lyric content and creation, to delivery, production, editing and more. Previous songwriting experience is not necessary. Come and be inspired,hone your skills and learn from the best.

UNIIQU3’sProduction Workshop

Synthesizers with BUOY

Explore the world of synthesisers and electronic musicwith Sydney artist BUOY. The singer-songwriter and producer will lead a small group of participants, who’ll each beprovided with a Korg MS-20 mini synth. DJing 101 with Andy Garvey
