Jaddan Comerford to guest on new music biz webinar series
Bolster will run a series of free online talks through May and June.
The digital and creative agency’s Side B Sessions will bring together industry thought leaders and specialists to unpack big issues at the intersection of music and tech.
Side B Sessions will kick off with a panel discussion today (May 12), moderated by New York-based music-tech journalist Cherie Hu.
The conversation will bring artists, brands, managers and labels together to discuss the pros and cons of “a live-streaming moment no one saw coming”.
Panellists include Unified founder Jaddan Commerford, musician Holly Rankin, Dew Process’ general manager Alex Young and artist manager Nick O’Byrne from Look Out Kid.
Bolster, founded by brothers Anthony and Alex Zaccaria, said the initiative is a continuation of its Side B Live conference, which took place in Melbourne and Sydney last year.
It continues the following week (May 19), with an updated look at media consumption, brands and consumer behaviour during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.
Bolster’s head of digital, Cat Rewha, will dive into how consumer behaviours have been disrupted and senior music strategist Paige X. Cho will uncover shifts in media demand and consumption.
Each session is free and open to the industry via registration here.
