Mona Foma lineup leads with huge, noisy, and groundbreaking acts

Mona Foma just dropped a seriously delectable line-up for their 2018 run. Hitting Tassie with over 11 days of music and art, it will feature performances from the likes of Violent Femmes, Godspeed You! Black Emperor and Mayhem. Earlier this year Godspeed You! Black Emperor put out their well-received 6th studio album Luciferian Towers, which they will play in part in separate performances when not providing the live score to The Holy Body Dance Tattoo.

Mayhem are finally bringing their De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas world tour to Australia, playing the ground-breaking, controversy plagued and genre-defining debut album in its entirety.

And Violent Femmes will be performing their acoustic-punk alongside the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra.
