Midweek ARIA Predictions: Nothing but Good Vibrations for A Day To Remember

ARIA Singles

The fifth week at #1 is almost guaranteed for The Chainsmokers’ Closer ft. Halsey with no immediate threats in sight. Calum Scott will be the closest with Dancing On My Own predicted to crack the Top 5 from #10. Ariana Grande’s Side To Side ft. Nicki Minaj will enter the Top 10 from its debut spot of #36, as will Hailee Steinfeld’s Starving from #24.

The revitalised version of the 2003 anthem Where’s The Love? by The Black Eyed Peas, now featuring ‘The World’ will see a Top 15 debut following its surprise launch last Friday. It’s got a lot to live up to however, especially with the original sitting pretty with a #1 peak.

ARIA Albums

Ocala hardcore heavyweights A Day To Remember are on track for their highest charting album to date with the predicted debut of Bad Vibrations set to take place in the Top 3. Their highest charting attempt was 2013’s Common Courtesy which peaked at #13. The group were originally meant to hit Australian shores earlier this year with The Amity Affliction and The Ghost Inside but are now set to tour the album in Australia later in December. Whether or not they will be able to nab that coveted #1 however is still anyone’s guess.

Roy & HG’s This Sporting Life could take a new peak in the Top 5, currently at #8. The same goes for John Williamson’s His Favorites, currently at #13.

Big Scary will debut in the Top 10 with Animal followed by Travis Scott’s Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight in the Top 20.
