Midweek ARIA Predictions: Ariana Grande to overthrow Urban
ARIA Singles
It looks like it’s going to be another secure week on the chart for Drake’s One Dance ft. Wiz Kid & Kyla. The first change is likely to be Flume’s Say It ft. Tove Lo hitting the Top 5 but not threatening the Top 3 from its current position of #9.
DNCE will enter the Top 10 from #20 with Cake By The Ocean while Meghan Trainor’s Me Too will see a move to the Top 15 from #18. Ariana Grande will hit the Top 20 with Dangerous Woman, which sits at #33, and Drake will see another track in the Top 30 in the form of Too Good ft. Rihanna, currently at #38.
Adele will make a debut in the Top 50 with Send My Love (To Your New Lover), as will The Amity Affliction’s new single I Take The Weather With Me.
ARIA Albums
Ariana Grande could very well be the artist to replace Keith Urban’s Ripcord at #1 with her latest album Dangerous Woman. Eric Clapton is looking for a Top 10 debut with I Still Do, as is Bob Dylan’s Fallen Angels. Blake Shelton will enter in the Top 20 withIf I’m Honest while Highasakite’s Camp Echo is aiming for the Top 30.
Prince’s The Very Best Of is on track to move back into the Top 10 from its current position of #11 while Dami Im’s Classic Carpenters is going to move further up the bracket from its current #10. Coldplay’s Head Full Of Dreams will see a move into the Top 15 from #31 following their tour announcement earlier this week.
