Kesha announces 2018 ANZ ’Rainbow Tour’

UPDATE:Kesha has announced that herMarch and April tour dates, including all Australian and NZ shows, have been postponded due to an injury she suffered during a fall at a concert in Dubai on February 9.

PREVIOUS STORY:Kesha has announced headline tour dates in Australia and New Zealand, kicking off in March 2018.

The US artist will bring her 2017 albumRainbow,complete with her live band, to audiences Down Under for the very first time.

“Australia and NZ! I’m so excited to be seeing all my animals for the Rainbow Tour down under in 2018,” said Kesha as she announced the tour on her socials.

The record is Kesha’s third, and was released following significant personal and professional struggles for the singer over the five years following her second albumWarrior.

Kesha’s third album also saw her nab her first Grammy nominations for Best Pop Vocal Album and Best Pop Solo Performance for ’Praying.’

Rainbow also peaked at #3 on the ARIA chart, and Kesha’s ’Ranbow Tour’ sold out completely accross North America recently.

As well as her headline dates across the country, Kesha will also perform at Bluesfest on Thursday March 29.

Her full ’Rainbow Tour’ headline dates are as follows:

Monday March 26 – Metro City, Perth

Saturday March 31– ICC Sydney Theatre,Sydney

Monday April 2 – The Trusts Arena, Auckland

Wednesday April 4 – Thebarton Theatre, Adelaide

Thursday April 5 – Margaret Court Arena, Melbourne.
