Kate Hindle signs multi-album deal with Social Family Records

Rising West Australian country sensation Kate Hindle has joined the Social Family Records roster.

The young singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist will partner with the independent label for a multi-album deal, with a new single coming soon and her debut album following suit in 2022.

A graduate of the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), Hindle has toured alongside the likes of Lee Kernaghan, Beccy Cole and Travis Collins, and was previously named as a finalist in the prestigious Toyota Star Maker competition.

Social Family Records label manager and publicist, Nardia Drayton, welcomed Hindle to the record label and made note of her impressive songwriting ethic.

“Kate and I have worked together for a while now and her willingness to listen and to write, write, write, and put herself out there, has always impressed me,” Drayton said.

“I love Kate’s sound and look forward to working even more closely with her to get her music out into the world.”

Hindle expressed her gratitude to Social Family Records for supporting her as she works towards pursuing her career in Western Australia.

“I am so excited to be working with Nardia and the team at SFR,” Hindle said.

“It’s hard being in WA and making a career in music work, so to have someone believe in me like the label does, feels like winning the Lotto.

“I am thrilled to be releasing my new music under SFR and can’t wait to see where this journey goes.”
