Here are the speakers repping Aus & NZ at SXSW 2019
South By Southwest 2019 has announced eight Australian and New Zealand speakers. They join a list of 600 from around the world.
The eight were chosen from submissions to the PanelPicker app, voted on by the public and slotted into the 25 streams of the conference.
As of October 25, there are already 300 paid registrants for 2019’s SXSW interactive, music, film and comedy festivals and conferences.
In 2018, nearly 800 attended from the two countries among 80,000 global delegates.
Additional streams in MedTech, Crypto Currencies and CannaBusiness have sparked broader interest as well as a preceding three day SXSW EDU educational conference that has grown massively in its first three years.
