Ecca Vandal appeals for help to get back “really valuable” stolen gear
Melbourne act Ecca Vandal has put out a statement appealing to the public to help track down a stack of her music equipment recently stolen.
Vandal took toFacebook on Thursday evening to announce that the gear, “all things necessary for our live show”, had been taken.
She also posted photos of what had been taken, with the list including a six-string bass guitar, transmitters, a touchpad, pedals and a laptop, a rig, and a keyboard.
Hey friends, we really need your help!” she said. “We’ve had some really valuable gear stolen, all things necessary for our live show.
“As you can understand, this is everything for us and we’d really like to get it back. Please keep your ears and eyes open for us, if you see this stuff around, please let us know.
Vandal then asked people to keep an eye on second hand equipment sites, and in second hand stores around Melbourne, but did not say where the equipment had been stolen from or what approximate value of the stolen goods was.
“This is our livelihood and we’d really appreciate your help in spreading the word…. hopefully we can track these down!”
