Dinner For Wolves finalises licensing partnership with Graphite Records

Australian-based record label Dinner For Wolves has entered an exclusive partnership with Britain’s Graphite Records.

The Gold Coast independent label, which places an emphasis on rock, alternative and metal genres, will now license Graphite Records’ music for release in the domestic market.

The partnership will officially begin in September with new albums from Graphite acts The Wildhearts, Ferocious Dog and Ross Jennings, with each release being serviced by Dinner For Wolves in Australia and New Zealand.

Dinner For Wolves’ marketing and PR director, Chris Maric, highlighted the label’s initial releases as being just a taste of what to expect from the two companies.

“We are very excited to be working with Andy and the team at Graphite Records to bring their awesome acts to local ears,” Maric said.

“They literally have something for everyone and these first releases demonstrate that big time.”

Graphite Records CEO and co-founder Andry Farrow reaffirmed Maric’s sentiment, noting his excitement at the prospect of the label’s roster being represented in the Australasian market.

“I’m delighted to announce a license deal between Graphite Records and Dinner For Wolves for the territory of Australasia and look forward to working with their team on our upcoming releases,” Farrow said.

Current artists on the Dinner For Wolves roster include The Screaming Jets, Steve Hughes, Ekko Park and Electric Mary.
