Didirri inks exclusive publishing agreement with BMG

Didirri inks exclusive publishing agreement with BMG

Just over a week after Didirri announced he had inked a booking deal with Tom Windish – the renowned founder of The Windish Agency and Senior Executive at Paradigm – for North and South America, the Melbourne singer-songwriter has signed with BMG.

Didirri enters an exclusive publishing agreement with BMG for Australia and New Zealand, joining a roster of Australian talent that also includes Peking Duk, LDRU, SAFIA, Golden Features, Winston Surfshirt, AC/DC, Wolfmother, Lance Ferguson, The Living End, and Meg Mac.

Didirri said his primary passion is songwriting. “I hope to be able to do this for the rest of my life,” he said. “A publisher is a vital component and I’m looking forward to all that is to come from my partnership with BMG.”

Heath Johns, BMG Australia Managing Director said, “Didirri is a 2018 signing that we will be just as excited about in 2028. His songs are raw, heartfelt and expertly crafted. Didirri is a career artist and we are very pleased that he has chosen BMG to play a role in what will be a very bright future.”

Didirri’s management, Larissa Ryan of Hutch Collective said, “Carefully building a team around Didirri who believe in his music as much as we do, has been a huge priority. From the first meeting with BMG, Josh and I were impressed by how forward thinking and artist focused they are. If this is Act one for Didirri, I don’t think we’re alone in believing Act two will be equally as impressive.”
