Brophy Bros Circus joins Deni Ute Muster

PRESS RELEASE:

Organisers of the iconic Deni Ute Muster haven’t slowed down since the announcement that Keith Urban will be headlining their 18th birthday party and we can now announce further details of what is bound to be a coming-of-age party never to be forgotten over 30 September and 1 October 2016.

Joining Keith Urban, James Reyne, Adam Brand and The Outlaws, John Williamson, Troy Cassar-Daley,Shannon Noll, Busby Marou, The Sunny Cowgirls,Catherine Britt, Christie Lamb and Deep Creek Road (Phew!) will be an extremely talented group of performers keeping us entertained and providing the soundtrack to the festivities throughout the day on the Day Stage, proudly supported by Ice Break.

Opening the festival on day one will be crowd favourites, Bush Poets, before showcases from local Deni musicians followed by Rebecca Lee Nye, Iain Archibald Band, Billy Bridge, Victoria Avenue and James Blundell keep the soundtrack pumping until the main stages light up.

The Saturday Day Stage line up sees the return of Bush Poets and local musicians with Jade Martin Band, Mick Lindsay, Missy Lancaster, Brigginshaw and Hayley Marsten keeping toes tapping throughout the day.

With long weekends in New South Wales and Victoria, the Deni Ute Muster is the perfect short break destination for music, mayhem and footy! Footy fans are encouraged to bring along their team jersey and their camp chair and join us in the main arena from 1.30pm on Saturday (just after the World Record Blue Singlet Count) to see which team will win the 2016 AFL Premiership Cup.

It’s not all about the music and footy, as well as the return of family favourites including wood chopping and whip cracking demonstrations, the World Record Blue Singlet Challenge and Ute Count, Roo’d – the bouncing kangaroos, to name a few, organisers are thrilled to announce a Muster first with the addition of the Brophy Bros Circus and camel rides to the entertainment menu.

Five times a day under the red and white Big Top, the Brophy Bros Circustroupe will “roll up, roll up” with a fast-paced, fun filled performance featuring performing dogs, ponies, whip cracking, unicyclists, juggling and, of course, clowns.
